AI Chatbot for Customer Data Interaction via API
I would like to have an AI chatbot feature that can interact with Liongard customer data and be accessible via the API. This would allow us to create an AI IT Manager on our customer portal, enabling customers to chat with their IT infrastructure. Although we can build it ourselves, it seems like a natural addition to the platform.

Automation of Discovered Systems
Would love to see in the Company Settings the ability to select certain systems that when enabled will automatically mark as active inspectors versus having to be triggered manual.I.E.An MSP can choose to automatically activate Internet Domain Inspectors when mapped to a client via auto-match. or When SSL Certificate is discovered it automatically activates.Give the MSP the option to enable any inspector that can be automatically discovered including servers and workstations.They look to us for automation - lets automate it even more.

Universal Pinned Note - Create a note and pin to every Office365 instance
Would love the ability to have a universal pinned note, that shows for every client. THinking an item that outlines best practices, links to SOPs, or universal note that is pinned or an option to have the note apply to multiple environments, or all.

Put expiration date on Notes
Jon from Fully Managed Technology Inc asks "Can notes be added temporarily and auto removed in a prescribed time period? example: David is on vacation Aug 2 to Sep 3 Any server questions go to Dale during this time period."

Date of change should show exact dates
If an alert was created on Jan 1, 2022 the alert will show up in Liongard and show the date the alert was created. Now if a change happenes with the alert while it's within the 7 day before a new ticket is generated, the changes made will show up in the alert + the days since it was added. If the alert is older than 30 days it no longer shows how many day's old the alert is it starts to show approximations. I believe when updates occur to the same LG alert we should be listing the exact date the change happened with the change info instead of approximations. This will not only help with partner troubleshooting but with usability to the platform as they can follow changes using exact dates and times. Login to an instance and check a newly created alert and an old alert with multiple update entries listed.

Ability to collect and push Contacts from Metrics in Liongard to a PSA
Our MSP had a red flag rule where if a contact was not listed inside of the PSA we would not work on the case withour escalation. As Liongard is our data of record it would be nice to have the capability to pull Azure AD/M365 licensed users (or other metric) and tag that to push Contacts to PSA/Documentation or other integration.

Global linking across roar
I'd like the ability to click into the name of a server in the context of the AD inspector and jump to that Windows inspector. Another example is the ability to click on a user and see all of the other devices that we are inspecting where their user account comes up.
