It is used to identify the Organization that issued a SSL certificate With Let's Encrypt certificates, we only see the R11 and R10 CN which makes it more difficult to track do the organization. If a company has the same CN as another, then we cannot tell the difference via the configurations in CWM The Liongard Portal shows the Certificate/SSL Organization, the IT Glue automatically generated pages show the Organization, but the ConnectWise Manage configurations do not. To have the Organization show up in ConnectWise manage on the configurations alongside all the current information

Some new Inspectors are missing links to ConnectWise Configurations and IT Glue Flexible Assets. See Liongard Support Case 5930 for more details. It was recommended by support to open feedback regarding this. Example inspectors Each Liongard inspector has a matching config type or flexible asset, or the ability to see them in the Integration menu to map to these items as needed.

I would like to keep an accurate contact list in my PSA without having to purchase yet another tool like Nilear to do it. Liongard already has visibility into our client's user list in M365, and it already ties the client to the Company in ConnectWise. It seems like it would be a logical next step to be able to sync that data into CWM. An "enable" button that allows for a one or two way sync between ConnectWise's Company/Contacts and the Identities section of Liongard.

I would like to be able to push all Ubiquiti devices to ConnectWise PSA. Since the last update, I can now see these devices under 'Asset Inventory - Devices'. However, now all the devices are displayed in a single line. I would like to see all Ubiquiti devices under the 'Configurations' tab for each company in CW PSA.
