I use a lot of raw data to build reports in Power BI, however I am running into an issue with larger M365 Tenants where my base metric: "Users[?userType!= Guest ]" returns the error: 'Metric failed to evaluate. Please update this metric to have a valid query.'. I have been informed by support to try to decrease the results from my query, which using filters defeats the point and attempting to only return needed columns results in: 'data.Queries[0].Query should NOT be longer than 1000 characters'. I would like for either metrics to return everything or for there to be some way to use the Power BI integration to pull the full Data Print.

It would be extremely helpful for building Power BI reports if the Metric ID were available in the Metrics table. The way it is currently, we have to look up the ID from within Power BI, go through the steps of adding a new data connector add the metric from Liongard Functions using our instance and the Metric ID we found from the metrics table, then repeat the process until we have all Metrics. If we could see the ID from within Liongard on the Metrics page for each Metric we have enabled, it would cut the steps to complete this process by 25%. Add the metric ID to each record under the Metrics table.

There is a to_lower_case extension available now. I have a use case that would utilize to_upper_case and would like to see it supported. Specifically I am wanting to filter when the entire line is uppercase. I can filter for lower (@==to_lower_case(@)) or mixed case (!(@==to_lower_case(@))) but I can't match on an all uppercase string. I would like the to_upper_case function to be supported.

There is no metric for the M365 backup plans. We want to track the last successful backup time of M365 objects (exchange boxes, onedrive, etc). This isn't getting tracked at all in the Acronis dataprint. Only backed up devices (servers, workstations, etc.) are being tracked. Currently the only way we know that M365 backups succeed is via the activity feed (screenshot attached). Tracking this in metrics would be better than the absolute nothing we have right now.

I would like to know if a SQL metric can be added that includes "Last Run Outcome" status to show if a job has actually succeeded or failed, not just run. It would also be helpful to know if a maintenance plan also succeeded or failed. Attached is an example of the field shown in the job activity monitor. The other fields seem to be present in the data print, just not this one for some reason.

With Teams Phones systems, resource accounts are used for call queues and auto-attendants. A user is automatically created and disabled (blocked sign-in), and then the Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account license is assigned. This is by design, and Microsoft best practice, which is causing these alerts to be useless for us, giving a plethora of false positives to weed through. Please update the following two built-in metrics to exclude users that have the Microsoft Team Phone Resource Account license Office 365: Disabled Users with Licenses List Office 365: Disabled Users with Licenses Count
