If an alert was created on Jan 1, 2022 the alert will show up in Liongard and show the date the alert was created. Now if a change happenes with the alert while it's within the 7 day before a new ticket is generated, the changes made will show up in the alert + the days since it was added. If the alert is older than 30 days it no longer shows how many day's old the alert is it starts to show approximations. I believe when updates occur to the same LG alert we should be listing the exact date the change happened with the change info instead of approximations. This will not only help with partner troubleshooting but with usability to the platform as they can follow changes using exact dates and times. Login to an instance and check a newly created alert and an old alert with multiple update entries listed.
