Returns the number of application(s) installed across all managed devices. A useful metric when reconciling services in the Gradient MSP billing module. DeviceSoftwareAudit[?contains(name, 'Insert Application Name Here')] | length(@)

This metric will help you identify any computers with less than you recommended amount of RAM. Will be useful for audits in determining if a client's PC is up to spec. DeviceAuditData[?systemInfo.totalPhysicalMemoryInGB_r < 8 ] | length(@)

Provide total number of workstation devices based on Desktop and Laptop device type category. Devices[?deviceType.category == 'Desktop' || deviceType.category == 'Laptop'] | length(@)

Provide total number of server devices based on Server device type category. Devices[?deviceType.category == 'Server'] | length(@)

Provide total number of network devices based on device type category field containing 'Network Device' tagging. Devices[?deviceType.category] | [?contains(deviceType.category, 'Network Device')] | length(@)

Used to count devices that have Liongard Agent installed DeviceSoftwareAudit[?contains(name, 'Liongard Agent')] | length(@)

Used to determine hostnames where DNSFilter is not installed DeviceSoftwareAudit[?!contains(~.DeviceSoftwareAudit[?contains(name, DNSFilter )].hostname_r | unique_list(@),hostname_r)].hostname_r | unique_list(@)

This metric will return the hostname and software selected that has been offline for X days AND has Y software installed.Please adjust the X and Y values to meet your needs. X is offline in days, Y is a software name or partial name map_by_key(Devices[], DeviceSoftwareAudit[? contains(name, Y )].{uid:uid_r, name:name}[], uid )[? contains(name, Y ) && time_since(lastSeen_r, days ) > X ].[hostname, name]

I use this to track add and removes to the devices in Datoo RMM. Devices[*].{siteName: siteName, HostName: hostname, CreatedDate: creationDate_r}

List of Devices that have not checked in > 30 days Devices[?time_since(lastSeen_r, days ) > 30 ].hostname
