365 alerts: create separate tickets for each user (ie: low free space on mailbox)

We need to track some issues by user (especially user mailboxes being low on space or other items where we need to work with individual users on an issue). Right now, it seems that tickets can only be created by Environment, with all users grouped together in a single ticket. The current method isn't very usable for us right now due to this, it actually can create a mess, especially since we may need different techs working with different users and if we get the listed users cleaned up, but another one pops in, the ticket will be re-opened instead of a new ticket being created.
Have an option to have each item created as a separate ticket (ideally, associated to the user in AutoTask if a matching email address is found in the AutoTask contact). If the AutoTask Issue/SubIssue could be specified in the alert configuration, that would be an appreciated added bonus too!)
