On behalf of the Ntiva team from a call on 2/20/24, they pointed out that when running the report for an Environment where they haven't set up the associated System, there is a lot of blank data returned. When attempting to hand this over to VCIOs and other folks who don't live in Liongard it can be confusing why the data is missing and doesn't look great.
The ideal solution for them would be for the report to dynamically remove those sections where they don't have a system setup. This way, the reports look cleaner, and once they add those respective systems, the report will update automatically the next time it runs.
