User Story: As an LG user, I'd like to be customize the inspectors listed on my Admin> Inspectors page to only see those my MSP manages, so that I can filter down the Inspectors I care about.Requirements:

Ability to "favorite" Inspectors on the Admin > Inspector screen

Ability to view the “favorite” inspectors only

Ability to sort inspector rows based on those favorited inspectors

Ability to favorite Inspector from Admin > Inspector > <select an Inspector> screens

Include success message when favorited from this screen

Specifications:

A toggle button that allows users to switch between showing all inspectors and only their favorites

Default view for Admin > Inspectors screen should be to show all Inspectors

Once user selects Favorites and leaves page, next time they return to this page Favorites section should be selected

By default sort “favorite”d Inspectors to the top of any table, unless a user re-sorts the table in alphabetical/numerical order
