Add a "Comparison Date" option to "Reports"

Requesting to have the option to select comparison dates based on days and months in the "Reports" feature. To also, automatically have the comparison dates to be scheduled to report on the last day of the last month compared to the last day of the current month.

We have few customized metrics to pull list of active users based in our criteria for billing purposes...Those metrics are used in a report which is scheduled to run every month...is there a way we can have an extra column or another report comparing those numbers (from the active users list) so we just check if there are changes or not?

Work around which was our old report method is to go to Environment Name > Metrics > "Select Comparison date". This option would be helpful to be added to the new Report feature with scheduling/automation added to it.
