Add administrator audit log to Liongard
planned

Need a way to audit what the employees are doing, when they view a client, export data, create a metric, etc. Having the ability that allows Admins the ability to audit what actions a user made the week before they were fired for example is critical to knowing what risks may be open.Make an audit log report available for administrator actions (environment additions/deletions, etc).

Activity Logs for Environment Deletion

It would be beneficial to have logs for environment deletion activities. Currently, there are no logs generated for such activities, which makes it difficult to track who deleted an environment and why. Having detailed logs would help in auditing and understanding the reasons behind deletions.

Need to log and track LG user use in platform
M
Michael Cannady
Looking for a way to capture use, and then also based upon the fact that this contains configuration data, it is required to audit access and use as it contains highly sensitive data. So not having that is an issue for auditing, well it is for our users.. or it should be.
Add access and reporting for LG platform. Login, logout, configuration changes to platform.. ect.. This is an audit requirement based on industry best practice.

Ability to Audit Inspector Configuration (Quality Control)
T
Travis McMurry
The intent behind this idea is that I want to have quality control with respect to how consistent my company's engineers are with properly configuring inspectors to our standards. Like most MSPs, we have a naming convention that spreads across our supported customer environments. Our processes are dependent upon that level of predictability. My expectation is if my company's engineers are following standards, then all inspectors of a certain type will all look alike. Those that don't will need to be corrected. What's currently missing is the ability to audit all inspectors for their configured values. In this case, it would be for the inspector's configured username.

Audit Log for Liongard User Account Changes

Scott Shingleton
I would like to have an audit log feature for tracking changes to user accounts within Liongard. This would include logging actions such as changes to user roles and the addition of new users. Having this feature would greatly enhance our ability to monitor and manage user permissions effectively.

Administrator Audit Logs for User Management Activities

Frederik Kjellerup Pedersen
I need a feature that allows us to access detailed Administrator Audit Logs for user management activities within Liongard. This includes tracking actions like user creation, deletion, rights assignment, and any temporary changes in user permissions. This feature is crucial for compliance and audit purposes, as it would help us account for changes in user roles and permissions, such as when a user escalates rights to another user and then de-escalates them, or when an external source is given temporary access and then removed.

As an MSP, we need the ability to audit and log IT staff members' access to machines and see what changes they made. This feature would greatly benefit our operations.
