As a Liongard administrator, it would be useful to have a callout that identifies which Alert/Metric requires a P1/P2 license.

Add a tooltip to each Alert and Metric that has specific licensing requirements. I have attached a screenshot of a doc that outlines my assumptions, but it will need verification.
