Add column with date/time modified in the Metrics overview

If you change a lot of metrics or want to see which metrics have been changed recently, it is nice to be able to select a column in the Metric overview where the date/time of the metrics has been changed. So you can also filter on this.

This is important if you have multiple people with rights to edit metrics, that you can see who last changed the metric, just like you can now see who created a metric.

For several reasons, it would be useful to be able to filter/sort by last modified metrics

If you work on metrics with several people, you can see which metrics have recently changed.
I often work on many of the same metrics for a period of time that I am fine-tuning, then it is useful to be able to sort so that you can quickly find the right metric.
