Some AD inspectors run successfully but lack User/Computer/Group information due to issues in the AD environment. There's an LG KB article to assist partners in resolving this issue (https://support.liongard.com/en/articles/11049645-active-directory-the-server-is-not-operational-error-when-querying-users-computers-groups), but it would be nice if there were information within the inspector status or in the Users/Computers/Groups data views that highlight this issue.
Add logic to parse in the error message and direct partners to the support KB, within the data view or inspector status.
