When looking at all rules in Admin:Actionable Alerts:Rules under the conditions column you can see the Priority of the rule. When you attempt to add rules to the templates you can see all the rule names and if they are enabled but you're unable to see the priority of the rule. As we can surface this information on the previous rules screen in AA's I believe the table for the templates should be updated to include the rule priority.
