We are currently using DarkWebID and would like to be able to replace that and use Liongard for DarkWeb monitoring. Passed Liongard over to our SOC team so that they could asses and they provided this feedback.
What LionGard Dark Web Monitoring Needs to be equivalent to DarkWebID:
  • When a compromise is detected, we need details so we can review the data leaked.
- Username
- Password (obfuscated of course)
- Phone
- Address
- Etc...
  • A way of keeping track of what we have responded to, and what we haven't
What would make this better than DarkWebID
  • A way to create a regex ignore list
- Often these leaks are just the company's information tied up with their work email. I do not want to be notified about this because the user doesn't want to know about this.
- I want to create regular expressions for phone numbers that belong to the company, addresses, etc....
  • Generate templated responses to be approved by us and sent off to the users
