I need a metric that will alert me when the total SharePoint storage is at 10 percent or less. This feature would help me proactively manage storage capacity and avoid potential issues with storage limits.

I want to be able to get an alert if one of our tenants is running out on storage space in Sharepoint. Currently the limits in the metrics seem to return an incorrect value. we would like to get this value so we can use this in reporting but also to get an alert if its running out.

I would expect that i am able to return the correct metric of maximum storage in sharepoint.
