When I right click on a tab or other interactive piece of the application, I'm prompted with the general browser's context window. For situations where I'm actually opening a new page (e.g. from the Admin bar), I would expect to be able to open that in a new page so I can keep the current page where I want it to be.

I would not expect this to be the case for items that change the table filters.

When I right click on a link, tile, or similar, I should be able to select 'Open in a New Tab'.
