Is it possible to add a status of In-Progress to the actionable alerts so that we can discern between new alerts and ones already being worked on

Looking for feedback. We are building a feature where you can add the additional PSA ticket statuses into Liongard in an effort to keep them same/same, but it's still a 1:1 mapping at this time. Mainly because we want to build an auto-status-sync feature without relying on our PSA vendors to build Callbacks or Webhooks. This process would run during off-hours when Inspectors are processed, so no UI involved. If we allow 1:many (either way), we run into a snag for the auto-sync feature.
