How about making the flexible asset tables in ITG collapsible? Perhaps the table will start in a collapsed state if the number of rows exceeds some configurable number X.

In IT Glue if I choose to exclude a certain table, when viewing multiple systems the column and it's empty fields still show up.

Collapsible html in the flex asset would be very smart for long textboxes.

Or only display a few lines and add vertical and horizontal scroll bars so you don't have to scroll down through the whole table just to get to the horizontal scroll bar.
