Would it be possible for the Connectwise Manage integration be updated so that we can set a default type and subtype for tickets at the Liongard end? Presently they come into Connectwise without these set.
I would be able to set a default type and subtype.
Even better would be the option to set a specific item type that could be set that is specific to the inspector. This would allow us to append tasks to tickets in Connectwise automatically.
