While at roar con the partner mentioned they'd be interested in the ability for us to push more RTF Rich text format directly into the PSA instead of using HTML. This will allow them to use more connectwise workflows by working with RTF easier than HTML format. This will add value by helping speed up and help them 10x and automate their ticketing processes.
