Consider the ITIL framework while building Roar

Our company is currently undergoing some changes and I've been studying up on ITIL. As I'm going through the training, I see how a lot of the things it tries to standardize could really help our business out.
What I'd like to see are views, metrics, diagrams, etc, that have the ITIL framework in mind. So for instance, ITIL talks about CMIS (Capacity Management Information System) and how important it is to the ITIL service model. There are other service management, and continual service improvement concepts that also include what may be databases, or views, or reports. I think it's really up in the air for a lot of companies HOW they apply ITIL concepts. But ultimately you want as many of your tools in one place.
So I thought to myself, "could Roar be tailored such that it would provide some of the types of things that ITIL says are critical to our businesses?" A lot of data is already being pulled into Liongard, we just need to think about how we can present that data in a way that makes sense from an ITIL perspective.
See the attached image for a paragraph or two that gives you an idea of why I think this would be an innovative way to use Roar.
Right now Roar is primarily focused on the tech side of things. Imagine how much more buy-in you could get if it was an integral part of business reporting, capacity planning and service management!
