I have set up the integration with AutoTask to create tickets for Stale computers. It creates 1 ticket per account and I need it to create 1 ticket per device. I am trying to set up Workflow Rules inside of AutoTask for end user communication and if all stale computers are on a single ticket, I can't make the workflow rules. We would also need this process for the Stale Users. To create 1 ticket per stale user not 1 ticket per account. I know that this will create a higher number of alerts in Liongard and I am ok with that. This way, there is a one to one
