Reporting seems to be limited. It does not allow for reports that are ready to give to a customer. A generated report must be manipulated manually before we can present to a customer. I have included a copy of what is generated. I cant send that to a customer without a ton of work.

We have created a report that summarizes the users for each tenant that are stale. When I download that report it generates an excel spreadsheet. Ever user it shows is jammed into one cell. There is no way format this report to send to a customer without extensive time and manual copy and paste. Also, it would be nice, while generating that report that it would copy not only the user name, but that we could get the person's name from Active directory in that report as well.
