Currently, when a ticket is created in Autotask from Liongard, the context of which account added the MFA method is not included. This information is available in Liongard but does not get transferred to Autotask. It would be beneficial if this additional context could be included in the ticket to streamline our workflow and avoid having to log into Liongard to retrieve this information.
