We have too many irrelevant alerts.We have two alert templates per customer. A passive and an active. Passive is used to send notifications to Teams channels, while active is used to create alerts in Liongard and our PSA.The problem is that I cannot set the "For" field to anything but "Liongard Only" or "Liongard & Email". I need to be able to set it to "None", so we don't get alerts in Liongard - but still get notifications in Teams channels and in the change log.We use the passive policy for changes (that needs verification without an actual case) while we use active for issues that require a case.Right now, our Alerts overview for customers contains a lot of junk alerts from the passive template.
