When exporting a report to PDF, a message appears indicating that the report sections must not contain more than 9 columns.

The report does not appear to have 9 metrics per section.

When editing the report we can see 10 metrics selected in the report section.

However, the columns for the additional metrics have been disabled.

We already have a yellow delta symbol next to the metrics dropdown when editing the report, indicating that there are more metrics are applied than what the PDF export feature accepts.

We could add logic that disables/removes metrics whose columns have been disabled.

Add a message to the PDF export warning that mentions X number of metrics are present in the report, but some have had their columns disabled.
