Hello! I'd seen some chatter about this in the past but wasn't seeing an immediate solution or other idea specific to this in the portal that I could find:
We do not use one of the major PSA's, so we use the email connector for alerts.
Because the status changes of alerts are 'disconnected' we get an extra email for the closure notice of the alert after correcting the issue which we knew about from the initial alert email. This is causing us to have to retroactively do additional work on each alert that comes in. Even just being able to turn off the closure changes would be a fine stop-gap to the workflow.
