I���m thinking that perhaps in the ���Environment Admin��� section for a particular environment (i.e. customer) that you could add a menu in the left called ���Additional Notifications��� or something similar to that���.

Then within this menu item you could set up an email notification section.

I���d have to give it some thought on how/where to set that up, but my clients are requesting it and for now I have to say ���not possible��������� never a good thing to say.

Andy, tell me a little more about how you would like to see this feature working in Liongard.

There should be a way to set up email notifications for a specific environment (lets say for internal IT staff).
