I need Ticket Category added under Liongard's Integration>Autotask>Ticketing.

API integration from Roar to Autotask lacks category mapping. We can only tie up new ticket created by Roar alerts base on ticket source, but the ticket category in PSA does not specify that it's created from Liongard and will just fall to New Issue Ticket Category instead of Liongard.
