I want to be able to keep a change log of which users or groups had access to specific Google Shared Drives, and what permission level they had. For example, when a customer asks when a particular user was given access to a Share Drive, or when their permissions changed from Read Only to Content Manager. It could also be useful to create an alert for when permissions on a Shared Drive changes.

Ideally the Shared Drive inspector would pull the membership of the Shared Drive with permission level and make that data available to metrics.
