Breakdown large "systems" into multiple "assets"
M
Matt Miller
Some system inspectors - like Cisco Meraki, for example - land a single "system" payload that will contain data about many "assets".This enhancement idea is to allow a single inspector like Cisco Meraki land sub-elements termed "assets", so one asset per switch, per firewall, per access point, etc.

Printer Inspector Write-back to IT Glue
S
Stuart Hodge
I would like the printer inspector to have the capability to write back to IT Glue. This would help in keeping our documentation up-to-date and streamline our processes.

IT Glue Configuration items
A
Austin Brannigan
IT Glue has a comprehensive configuration items list which allows the input of Make, model, S/N, expiry date...etc,Can we map the information to the configuration items, rather than create a new flexible assets list? Each bit of information can have a custom map to the config items fields. Our existing RMM tool syncs to config items, so having duplicated data is not proficient...

Availability of IT Glue ProSync Add-on in Europe
C
Corno Christianen
I would like the IT Glue ProSync add-on to be available in Europe. Currently, it is only available in the USA, and I believe it would be valuable for our operations here.

IT Glue - configurability / mapping

Compudata (Established Prospect) | Ian Snider | ians@compudata.ca | Tech Ops Manager
Primarily it was just missing some boxes such as lack of configurability / mapping to ITGlue (such as printers going to Configuration Items vs. in a network discovery) as well as lack of details we would have expected to see (VMware cluster showing VMs, cores, Ram, but zero information about the hosts themselves with the VMware integration) and not needing some of the bigger features such as config backups. We also found that it didn’t have a lot of information we already have in other monitoring or integrated services we use. We found the information from Liongard being pushed to ITGlue wasn’t organized or setup in a way that integrated into our workflows.
Joe mentioned that we are working on an integration with something that Ntiva built called Contuit. This may be a candidate to re-engage once what is validated further.

Create configurations inside of ITGlue

It would be super handy if Liongard could create configurations for firewalls, switches, servers, devices. https://api.itglue.com/developer/#configurations-create

Improved IT Glue Integration
G
Gene Parks
The IT Glue integration is not where it needs to be. At the end of the day, it boils down to whether or not you're still pumping data into IT Glue in the nonsensical way that you've been doing or if you've actually fixed it. Everybody else seems to be able to fit it in there like it's supposed to be. You guys are the only ones that do it all retarded.

Liongard to IT Glue Configurations

It would be nice if Lingard would able to able to push information it finds on servers/workstations to IT Glue Configurations, not just Roar's flex assets.

Add the ability to surface Meraki Wireless information in it's own flexible asset in IT Glue
T
Ty Smith
Currently wireless information retrieved from the Meraki inspector is included in "Firewall (Auto)". It would be nice for this to get it's own flexible asset.
