I would be great if you can grab the email/scan to email configuration from the managed printer. Most of the time the scan to email functions of MFPs are set and to have this documented in case it changes or we need to inspect the setting for troubleshooting will save MSPs a lot of time.

Have the email settings documented and a change alert created when those setting are adjusted.
