Show more specific information about changes made on Workstations and Servers. For instance, it currently shows red or green (assuming red is something removed but there is also red strikethrough font so what does that mean?). It would be more useful to show if file permissions were changed and by who, if software was added/removed and by who, software updated if it was done automatically like with Chrome updates, etc.
