User StoryAs an MSP Engineer or AM using the N-central inspector, I need to be able to retrieve the Motherboard information from the device due to some Manufactures such as Lenovo who store this correct information at the motherboard level instead of the computer system level. Today we do not surface all of the asset details for a particular device and would like at least motherboard details to be surfaced if not more relevant details.RequirementsAdd additional Asset Information for each device pertaining to Motherboard informationUpdate the table view with the new information pertaining to the following datapoints:asset.motherboard.manufacturerasset.motherboard.product (model)asset.motherboard.serialnumber "The info we are looking for is under the “Motherboard” section within the N-Central gui as I’ll show below. It may be in the print already as “Motherboard Model” or something like that.I recall running into this issue with reporting on Lenovo hardware back when we were on CW Automate too, it’s just a Lenovo quirk, but something all partners using N-Central could benefit from if you get it figured out.The problem is the manufacturers and/or Windows in terms of where that data is showing up.Sometimes it is correctly called the computer model, I think even most of the time it is, but Lenovo specifically it will show up over there – maybe something you can take care of behind thescenes and just surface one ‘Model’ column? Or it may be safer to just surface them as is and let the partners figure it out for themselves."
