New Inspector - Microsoft Volume Licensing Center

We have our master account and it has access to a number of different companies volume licenses. It would be great to have this information available in Roar/ITGlue so you can see when the licenses expire, what licenses a company has (for example if they have a Office 2013 volume license and only use Office 365 business essential licenses).It would be great to have as a parent inspector so it could auto-discover the licenses based on organization.The key fields would be Organization (tied to Roar environment), Status, Start/End Dates (for licenses that expire), License number, Product, version and effective quantity. The website already displays the licenses in a table format as well.

Hi Richard, thanks for sharing that document! We'll take a look and see if this is something we can pursue. If there are any experts on VAMT that are willing to work with us on this it could help us better understand if this is a feasible approach.

Hopefully this is possible in the future. I actually made this suggestion during our onboarding as well. It would be super handy for Microsoft Audits.

I really like this one. This would be a big help for us too. It would be nice to have each clients licensing tie back into their IT Glue account. Also be able to show us for all clients the number of 2012 License, number of SQL licenses, etc..
