Hi Matt. I have just reviewed my Warranty Master integration and it has not have an integration into Passportal. We require this functionality as soon as possible.

Could someone provide us with an update on this item? I do not understand why an integration has not been created since there seems to be some documentation on this page https://documentation.n-able.com/passportal/userguide/Content/api/api_documents.htm.

I am also looking for an update on this, please.

Quick Update - We are continuing to keep in touch with Product Managers at N-Able to help them with building a "pull" integration from Liongard to Passportal. They did advise us in Q4 that the project had been delayed but was still a high priority for Q1 of 2022. Thanks!

I have pushed the topic on the NAble side also. Yes there is an API... can we get this on the list of integrations? otherwise I really don't see a reason to renew my Liongard as feeding these assets into Passportal where my techs are living is a big timesaver. they do not like purusing through the Liongard UI; they rather log into the source integration and look something up! You can lead a horse to water, tease them but if its not what they want... they won't drink!

Any alternative to ITGlue to get away from Kaseya would be great (just from the problems we have had with them as a company, not necessarily from recent Kaseya security concerns).

Per Ryan's comment - Looks like there is API documentation since the Admin's response. Maybe time to reach back out?
