Right now, all priority mapping to AutoTask is for Incidents. Not all of the alerts created in Liongard do we consider an incident. For example, the Stale Computers, Stale Users, Domain Expiration, SSL Expiration.

Create a 2nd set of priorities with in Liongard that are Service Request related so that we can associate those to the ones we have in AutoTask. Same Day, Next Day, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, +Weeks are the ones that we have in AutoTask.
