Improve ITGlue Pro Sync to Include Liongard and Custom Metrics with Toggle Options

Request: Add the ability for the ITGlue Pro Sync feature to sync both Liongard metrics (like Inspector insights) and custom metrics, with a simple toggle option so MSPs can choose which metrics to include in the sync to ITGlue Configurations.

Problem Statement:

The ITGlue Pro Sync is great for syncing basic configuration data, but it leaves out key Liongard metrics and custom metrics that MSPs rely on to track important details. For example:

A custom metric monitoring for a specific Conditional Access policy like “Block Legacy Authentication” to ensure security compliance.

A custom metric defining a unique version of an active Microsoft 365 user, such as users with enabled mailboxes who logged in within the last 30 days.

Right now, MSPs have to manually add this information to ITGlue, which takes time, increases the chance of errors, and slows down their processes.

Why This Is Important:

Adds Value to Pro Sync: Including metrics makes the Pro Sync feature more useful and much easier to sell because it becomes a true “one-stop” sync for all critical data.

Saves Time: Automating the sync of these metrics eliminates repetitive manual work and ensures data in ITGlue is always accurate and up to date.

Toggle Feature: A simple on/off toggle lets MSPs control which metrics sync to ITGlue, so only the relevant data is included.

Mapping: Allow MSPs to map Liongard and custom metrics to specific ITGlue Configuration fields for easy integration.
