I would like the ability to include the Agent Name (server) in the title of Datto BCDR related alerts. This would allow the Agent Name to be included in the PSA Ticket Summary, making it easier to identify and manage alerts.

I would like Liongard to have real-time monitoring capabilities for network equipment and endpoints, similar to what Domotz offers. This feature would help us actively monitor up/down time and other real-time metrics.

I need real-time alerting capabilities across the platform, especially for network-related issues like brute force attacks. Currently, we only see these alerts after the fact, which affects our ability to respond promptly. I understand that real-time alerting is planned for release in January, starting with 365 inspectors, but it would be beneficial to have this feature available across the entire platform.
