Moving to ServiceNow - have hired their own team of developers for deployment, will use that team once their implementation goes live in July 2025 to consult for other organizations using or moving to ServiceNow and we can work the mid-market and enterprise together with them. They want to eliminate the use of IT Glue for CMDB
CMDB updating in ServiceNow - take our asset inventory and get that same data into ServiceNow
Make sure ticketing integration is seamless and follows ITIL - linking to CMDB and/or Liongard System inspected details
