Set email alert address at the environment level

To be able to set email alert address at the environment level. Currently it is enabled at the global level. If I want to use email alerting to a co managed environment, currently I can only use one environment.

I agree that this would be a wonderful feature.Right now, the workaround is having a different alert template assigned to an environment and then having that setup for a different email address. This does not work at scale and really hinders the productivity.
