The current overview tab doesn't include the OS/firmware version or serial number of the XG device. This information would allow for reporting and future alerts around support expiration or vulnerabilities.

Could it be possible to move this functionality to the Sophos Central inspector? As @mike Jones mentioned, there's some great info from that API that could be useful for Liongard partners

@Mike Jones, Thank you for your comment! The link you provided is specific to the Sophos Central API. This specific call will not work when targeting a Sophos XG device.

Hi All, I've confirmed that when you make an API call the first header contains the "APIVersion". This is the same as the running firmware on the firewall. It would be nice if we could have Liongard parse this and display it somewhere.

Hey @all,please have in mind, that this information are not availible over the API yet. The only way to get them would be an additional lookup via SNMP.Or you could vote in the Sophos Ideas Portal: https://ideas.sophos.com/forums/330219-xg-firewall/suggestions/38814085-retrieve-device-information-via-api
