We would like the ability to sync the physical hypervisor server model number to the model number field in ConnectWise Manage configurations. Currently, the integration populates the text "VMware ESXi" in the model Number field and the actual model number is listed in the lower questions section. The issue is the top Model number field is used by other platforms for warranty lookups and the VMware text disables this functionality because it signals the system is virtual. The model info is collected in the question fields, but these are not usable for the warranty lookup automation.
