Webhook Alerts

It would allow us to integrate with our ticketing system (FreshService) if we had the ability to configure a webhook for the alert. This would be very similar to how the Teams integration works today, however we'd be able to choose the URL, specify any potential headers, and customize the payload. Alternatively, a Freshservice plugin would also work.

the ole sales dude said you guys allowed alerts to webhooks, and it appears you do, as long as it is a teams webhook??
allow custom webhooks for alerts.
allow custom webhooks for alerts.
Specifically, I would like to send a webhook to Rewst to stat an automation when ever I see something goofy in LG. But why pigeon hole it just to Rewst. just allow us to do the Dew, and send it to any platform really.
That will be the difference between having awesome features, and constantly having to go back and revamp a feature set, as evidence by, you have the availability to send a webhook, but it is reserved in your UI to sending to teams.

This would make integrating with ANY ticketing system easier. As it is, to get an alert from Liongard into a ticket, I have to receive an email, parse it, and then figure out how to get it into the correct client in our ticketing system. The alternative is every alert has to be triaged and manually filed.

Webhook would open a lot of doors for custom development for interactions between systems.
