Feature Requests

I know that this is a new feature but it would be nice to see who created a Dashboard or a Dataset inside of the Visual Insights.

I would like to have network topology mapping, network config back up and restore, remote access to device as part of the network monitoring feature. This is one of the most valuable features for us in Auvik, and having it in Liongard would be extremely beneficial.

Managing environments is challenging, and I need a more efficient way to bulk delete environments in Liongard. The current process is cumbersome and not fully functional.

I would like the ability to bulk summarize asset summaries in Liongard. This would be useful for conducting health checks and generating summarized reports for multiple users or assets at once.

It might be that sometimes partner deletes an inspector/environment/agent by mistake and data is important/crucial. Getting a recycle bin would save time for DEV team as well as partners who deleted those by mistake. A recycle bin for an instance would be ideal as if there is any inspector/environment/agent deleted by mistake then partners would be able to look into Recycle bin and have those restored if deleted by mistake. Auto delete from recycle bin after 30 days or 60 days.

It would be beneficial to be able to put an environment into maintenance mode, allowing you to work in a portal or system without generating numerous change detections or actionable alerts for a specified timeframe.

I want to be able to compare a metric for the count of workstations with Liongard installed against a metric for the count of workstations with Cisco Umbrella installed. It would be helpful if I could trigger a rule when the count for Cisco Umbrella is less than the count for Liongard. Additionally, I would like the alert to show the discrepancy via a list in the body of the alert content. This feature would enhance the flexibility and functionality of the rule-building system.

I would like to have an AI chatbot feature that can interact with Liongard customer data and be accessible via the API. This would allow us to create an AI IT Manager on our customer portal, enabling customers to chat with their IT infrastructure. Although we can build it ourselves, it seems like a natural addition to the platform.

Would love to see in the Company Settings the ability to select certain systems that when enabled will automatically mark as active inspectors versus having to be triggered manual.I.E.An MSP can choose to automatically activate Internet Domain Inspectors when mapped to a client via auto-match. or When SSL Certificate is discovered it automatically activates.Give the MSP the option to enable any inspector that can be automatically discovered including servers and workstations.They look to us for automation - lets automate it even more.

Would love the ability to have a universal pinned note, that shows for every client. THinking an item that outlines best practices, links to SOPs, or universal note that is pinned or an option to have the note apply to multiple environments, or all.
