Feature Requests

I would like to have network topology mapping, network config back up and restore, remote access to device as part of the network monitoring feature. This is one of the most valuable features for us in Auvik, and having it in Liongard would be extremely beneficial.

I would like the ability to remotely log into devices from the Liongard portal, similar to what we used to have with Auvik.

Generate or allow for a mapping between a system in Roar and an existing configuration in ConnectWise. Either bundle the CW config that Roar lands to the existing config, or land Roar's data within the existing configuration rather than duplicating.

I need non-admin users to be able to access visual insights in Liongard. Currently, only admins and global readers can access these insights, which is a significant limitation for our team. We cannot make all our sales team admins, so this feature is crucial for us to utilize visual insights effectively.

Managing environments is challenging, and I need a more efficient way to bulk delete environments in Liongard. The current process is cumbersome and not fully functional.

It would be beneficial to be able to put an environment into maintenance mode, allowing you to work in a portal or system without generating numerous change detections or actionable alerts for a specified timeframe.

I want to be able to compare a metric for the count of workstations with Liongard installed against a metric for the count of workstations with Cisco Umbrella installed. It would be helpful if I could trigger a rule when the count for Cisco Umbrella is less than the count for Liongard. Additionally, I would like the alert to show the discrepancy via a list in the body of the alert content. This feature would enhance the flexibility and functionality of the rule-building system.

I would like to have an AI chatbot feature that can interact with Liongard customer data and be accessible via the API. This would allow us to create an AI IT Manager on our customer portal, enabling customers to chat with their IT infrastructure. Although we can build it ourselves, it seems like a natural addition to the platform.

Would love the ability to have a universal pinned note, that shows for every client. THinking an item that outlines best practices, links to SOPs, or universal note that is pinned or an option to have the note apply to multiple environments, or all.
