Within the 365 inspector > licenses you are able to view the consumed, unconsumed but it does not tell you when the license would expire. If you are able to add expiration dates or if the licenses are a monthly/yearly subscription this would help greatly with license remediation

Add a specific field (like mailboxType or resourceType) to distinguish between "Room", "Equipment", and "Shared" This will help report which shared mailboxes are Room types especially that we are transitioning to Outlook New wherein Finder is not working properly for Room types.
