To enable persistent, automated linking between existing Flexible Assets and FAs landed by Roar.

Setup the ability to pull ticket counts from RMMS so we can track devices with high ticket counts.

After initial discovery and sync with IT Glue, only update the asset information if a change has been detected.Daily updates is flooding IT Glue revision history and event logs.The idea of the revision history in IT Glue is for changes to that asset, not a daily update log.

Currently, there's no PSA Configuration or IT Glue Flexible Assets for SharePoint. Taking this one at a time... For PSA tools, it would make sense to have an absolute minimum of information that can make known that one or more of these cloud data storage services exist and are in use. The link in the configuration can take a user to Roar for all of the gory details, which is how the vast majority of Roar's inspector data is presented in a Configuration. For IT Glue, I feel we can get far more detailed and provide the whole story for cloud data storage services, similar to how M365 is reported in the Cloud Productivity flexible asset. In our organization, we drive engineers into IT Glue instead of Roar. When important inspectors do not have a configuration / flexible asset, the burden is shifted to other personnel who have access to Roar.

I noticed that when importing accounts, the system does not allow sorting to display accounts that match environments at the top of the list. This makes it difficult to go through 806 pages of 100 accounts each. It would be beneficial to have a sort option for this column to streamline the process.

We would love to be able to edit/add/remove the questionnaire list that syncs to Connectwise configurations, as well as edit/determine the datapoint that populates the answer.

When data is pushed from Roar into ConnectWise configs for Active Directory (for example) Roar determines what gets pushed/populated. If we could filter that data to only include certain conditions, we could then bill correctly on that data. The idea here is that things like service accounts and such could be excluded so that customers will only get billed for "actual" user numbers.

Currently, I can only integrate one PSA system per Liongard instance. It would be beneficial to have the ability to integrate multiple PSA systems, such as ConnectWise and HaloPSA, within a single Liongard instance. This would streamline our operations and allow us to manage different PSA systems more efficiently.

I would love to see the warranty information for workstations and servers onto ConnectWise Manage from Liongard the way they show up in I.T. Glue.

I would like the ability to create custom integrations for tools that are not currently supported by Liongard, such as Beachhead for full disk encryption and MSP 360 for backup verification.
