Feature Requests

When inheriting devices, sometimes we are finding Synology NAS with multiple NIC connected that have multiple IP. The Synology inspector recognizes the serial number as the same, however the display in the Liongard portal (and then documentation sync to ITGlue) shows multiple devices (one per IP). Would be nice if the Syno inspector could understand the same serial number/multiple NIC&IP but merge it into the one device it actually is.

We have clients that use the Synology C2 Identity service, this syncs users with the Synology via the LDAP user list, not the local user list on the Synology. Would it be possible to pull the list of users that are in the LDAP user list. The Synology inspector would list the LDAP Users in the users and groups lists.
