Our MSP had a red flag rule where if a contact was not listed inside of the PSA we would not work on the case withour escalation. As Liongard is our data of record it would be nice to have the capability to pull Azure AD/M365 licensed users (or other metric) and tag that to push Contacts to PSA/Documentation or other integration.

Enabling capability for an on-site agent to be run on a stand-alone PC to perform an assessment and send data back to Roar.

The current Datto backup report should be filtered to the latest set of backups across all assets with backup status, along with Local Verification status. Show any errors that were returned.Allow for the user to subscribe to the daily report to an email address or notification with link back to Roar.

I'd like the ability to click into the name of a server in the context of the AD inspector and jump to that Windows inspector. Another example is the ability to click on a user and see all of the other devices that we are inspecting where their user account comes up.

I like a Timeline view for users created in LDAP, Azure AD, ect.

Please add another security protection layer to Liongard with IP-geofencing, so we can enable the option to only allow access the UI and API from a preapproved IP-address allow-list. Other MSP-solutions like Acronis Cyber Protect and NinjaOne provides this very important security feature.

Having the ability to export all of the data for an environment (should be a special access right only select users have) and then import it. This will solve two issues, the first being when an MSP acquires another MSP and wants to migrate data between Liongard instances. The second would be in MSP 1 wins a client from MSP 2 both of which are using Liongard. MSP 2 has historical records that may be required for the client to maintain for compliance purposes and useful for the supporting side to see how things have changed at the client site.Other vendors allow this by breaking the data out into a number of CSV files and then you have the ability to import those CSV files into another instance.
